Felix Hernandez, Founder and CEO
Hi, I’m Felix Hernandez, the Founder, CEO and Lead Engineer of Kritikal Tech. I am often described as the driving force behind the team because I have a strong burning passion to get things done. In my Information Technology career of over 15 years, I have worn many titles and worked several roles. I have experience ranging from fixing cracked laptop screens to systems administration for small business, from customer service tech to remote support engineer for enterprise customers. I also have experience climbing the ladder from junior firewall engineer to senior firewall engineer while serving as liaison between MSP’s. I am also a Software Developer with experience working with Visual Basic 6, php, Microsoft C#, and python, to name a few.
My goal is to leverage my experience and skills to provide services not just to big fancy corporations but to you, the average person or small business. I want to be your partner that makes sure your tech needs are met, empowering you to succeed at whatever goals you may have.
